1970 Ponitac Lemans GTO Judge Trbute Restomod 6.0 LS2 Custom Chassis Frame OFF
CMC is excited to have this awesome 1970 Pontiac Lemans GTO Judge Tribute Restomod in our showroom. This frame off restored car features a fully custom chassis and is powered by a 6.0 Litre LS-2 GTO engine backed by the same 4 Speed Automatic Overdrive Transmission. This stunning Frame Off no expense spared restoration is truly a work of art.
The custom build started from a Pontiac Lemans Convertible. The original body was restored to better then new fit and finish. Paint and body is remarkable straight. The car is finish in the correct judge color Orbit orange. The convertible top is a tan stayfast canvas top that compliments the orange exterior. All stainless has been professionally polished. All chrome has been replated. All new glass. The fire wall was smoothed out and finished to show quality. The interior was also restored in a great contrasting color tan. All new seat covers, door panels, carpets, top boot, dash pad was installed. The car was an absolutely high end restoration.
The custom Chassis is believed to be sourced from Schwartz. The chassis has been powder coated gray. The chassis features fully adjustable coil over suspension. The chassis is narrowed in the rear to accept a 345 Rear tire. The car also was fitted with a custom stainless steel narrowed gas tank. The brakes are 13" diameter Wilwood brake system. Full rack and pinion steering give the car tight steering. The custom rear end is fully built and finishes off the rear of chassis. This incredible suspension rides on Riddler Custom wheels. Tires are 245/45/17 for the front and 275/40/18 in the rears.
The Powertrain is a 6.0 Litre LS2 GTO engine and transmission. The car has fully dual exhaust and custom headers. The car has great power and excellent reliability. The Air Conditioning is very cold and the stereo system has also been upgraded as well. The car is a very comfortable car to drive.
